Obviously cannot come up with a title. Well, here's a Fluttershy! I just watched the new MLP episode, and I just HAD to draw Fluttershy...again. I love how it turned out! I tried out a new way of outlining, shading, and coloring. And her Cutie Mark is on her shoulder o uo" and those are rhinestones under her eye~ >u< Enjoy!
